Snapshot of ........ Me in Mexico!!

It was a hot day. A blazing hot day when the boat sailed into port at Mexico. The salty water fumed the air so much you could taste it. Me and my cousin Derrian (The tanish girl in the picture behind the alligator) raced to the lido deck for food. We got in line to get breafast. I got mouthwatering pancakes and some juicy bacon along with some tropical Mango juice stuff. After we were done eating we went back to our cabin and got changed out of our pajamas. She left before I did to meet our family on floor 5 room 528. I came out and ran into my friend Raymond. He's 14 and lives in Florida, he has a sister and likes to sing. Anyways we both toppled over onto the ground and I happen to hit my head on the door. He laughed along with our other friends, Dallas from Colorado, Luca and Sophia from England and Sean from PA. After the laughing died down we talked about where we were going. I'm going to the beach, Luca and Sophia were going to swim with dolphin's, Sean's going to his cabin, while the rest were staying here, making a music video to a whole lot of songs. We said our good byes and went our own way. When I got to the room they were already to leave, so we went to deck 1 where you get off the ship and waited in a long line. It was cramped, people were standing there with huge bags of food, and towels. When we did get off we had to walk in the sun to the 'flying chairs' as my cousin Nathan called them. I rode on them with my cousin Derrian and mom, it was nice the wind was breezing, we had a good view and could see the rocks in the water. I turned around to see my friend Austin when we first met I could tell you that he was the first person I met that was a cowboy! We were talking well yelling to eachother about every thing we saw. There was a blue camera on the ground in the middle of the grass that someone most likly dropped. There were people walking to the beach. When the ride stopped we got off and went to find our family who decided it would be cool to get on before us since we were taking pictures by random objects.

The beach was breath takingly beautiful well except for all the trash on it, along with all of the people. One of the coolest things I saw there was a mini crab on this old lady's hat. She didn't even know the little red sucker was there. When I got into the water it was warm not cold. It was as warm as the pool when you know someone peed in it! There were little fishes swiming around, sea weed and slimy rocks that  were randomly on the bottom of the beach. They felt like a boogery tissue that fell in the toilet or a soggy doggy toy. I was tired of touching it so I went back to shore and read apart of the Book Theif for school. Well it really was only a page. I grabbed all of my things and told my mom I was leaving. My cousin (Derrian) came with me. We walked back to the boat after getting a ride from the 'flying chairs' and walked threw security. We took the elevator to the Lido Deck aka Deck 10 and walked to our room. Putting our things away we headed down to get some food! When we were done we got ready for dinner. It's better to be ready hours before then last minute. Since I was done I went down to Circle C. It's a club for teens. I walked in and they were playing my favorite gamce Just Dance 2. I saw by my friends and we talked about what we did. Only thing that sucks being on a ship is no internet access. Well there is but you have to pay! When it was time for me to eat I left with Jenee, Dylan, Quin, Raymond, and his sister Delanie who eat at the same time and place as me. Were all on the same side. For dinner I got shrimp, shark and chocolate cake. We sang happy birthday to my cousin (Derrian) and I left to go back to the room and change then to go to Circle C and have a mismatch party at Calienta. It was awesome!

An Outsider's View

                                                               An Outsider's View

Crooks is a black stable hand that has a crooked back. He was treated int the story poorly. He was secluded and by himself. The guys at the ranch never included him in card games due to the fact that he is a minority. Since he was the minority he had to be cautious about the things he said. For example when he was telling Curly's wife to leave she threatened to have him lynched. When I moved to WV I was an outsider. I was because no one knew me I knew nothing about them. Being an outsider is hard and made me feel sad. I had no friends or someone to talk to. At school the students would treat me differently because they didn't know who I was or how I acted, some made assumptions about me. It's never a good feeling feeling like an outsider because you feel left out, unwanted. The group in control made me feel worthless. Like I should be here, or belonged. I felt like an outsider until I made friends. So when ever there are new people I want to be there for them as a friend so they don't have to feel the way I did. It hurts to feel left out and like you don't belong.

A Perfect World

A perfect world is  different for many people. To me a perfect world is when everyones at peace with eachother. To Hitler it was when all the Jews were dead. Others might think a perfect world is with kings and queens or everyones ruled by the same person. I feel that a perfect world is when were all at peace with eachother for many reasons. One of them being no wars.

Without wars no one would die for their belief. That's how it is today people die because of their race, religion, ethnicity. To me if they were at peace with one another  they wouldn't be fighting. We arn't at peace due to igronance. People think their better than others when their not, therefor it creates wars. To eliminate that we live in peace by loving and caring for eachother. We don't all have to nessicarally get along but be tolerant of one another. Words make us imperfect making our word not perfect. If we were to get rid of the stareotipic words we'd all be the same. HUMAN! By saying stareotipic words it belittles the other people which leads to war. Since they feel like their not perfect they want to by elimanating those who are better than them.

That's my perfect world. A place with no wars. Were all eqaul as human beings. No hate twards eachother. We're tolerant of one another and live in peace. With out discrimination to others or ourselves. What's your version of a perfect world?
